It all starts with me sitting on my stool
staring at a blank canvas imagining all of the creative possibilities, realizing the first stroke of the brush is always the most important.
A bold color palette with cultural
influences and aesthetics ranging from African American, Afro Latino, Caribean & Arab cultures all of which either are a make of my heritage or places I've lived and grown accustomed to.
Finding essence in the small details or seemingly mundane objects and environments is what I aim to capture as each of us find our own interpretation in how many of the small things matter.
